The lifecycle
What happens to an invoice.

Invoices are sent over an encrypted connection, straight from your browser.

Extract
The document is read once to pull out supplier, products, quantities and dates.

Discard
The invoice file itself is not kept on our servers. Only the extracted purchase details remain, if you choose to save them.

Your records
Saved checks are visible only to your account. Row-level access rules are enforced by the database, not just the app.

Data minimization
Only the document content needed to extract purchase details is sent to our AI document-processing service.
Per-account isolation
Each farm's records are visible only to its owner and any advisors the owner approves.
Honest figures
Estimates are never stored or displayed as money received. Potential, submitted and received stay apart.
No sale of data
We do not sell purchase records or grower information to manufacturers, retailers or anyone else.
Export anytime
Download your saved checks, matches and claim history whenever you want.
Delete your account
Remove your account and its saved records on request.
Take your records with you
Every saved check can be exported as a PDF or CSV from your dashboard — no email to support required.
Delete means delete
Saved checks can be removed individually from your dashboard. To remove your whole account, contact us and we will delete the account and its records.
